Flawless Beauty Lounge wanted to build their social channels to reflect the work that they do and the care they put into it. We introduced Reels to their feed and featured tips, trends, festive content, and transformation. The change in content was geared towards increasing engagement and clientele for the business. 

Reels showcasing the business' services were a favorite among existing clients with frequent requests for features. 

Beauty-centric Reels with trending transitions and music garnered the most amount of engagement. 

Festive content that played into existing trends had the highest reach and lead to more followers for the page.

Reels relaying important information (like a change in policy and location) filmed and presented in an entertaining way performed better than static posts conveying the same message.
